Training and Development

ABS Engineering Inc. provides tailored training courses covering a wide range of topics to meet our clients’ needs in the oil and gas and refining industry. Our qualified and experienced insructors have a proven track record teaching in industry and post secondary settings. At early stages of the construction phase, the team will be engaged in organizing the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up teams. The majority of the client start-up team will stay behind to operate and maintain the facilities. The training Scheduled for pre-commissioning and handover activities will include:

Classroom and hands-on training for start-up and operating procedures and simulations, emergency and shutdown procedures, equipment procedures, and safety and accident prevention, including special courses for explosive and hazardous gas systems.
Impact of new technologies on existing production and plant operation, if any.
On the job training on similar facilities
Vendor training on specialised equipment
Provide the operators with technical support and assistance during the critical start-up and operating familiarization period
